Site Categories

Adding a New Site Category

  1. Go to Sites Management (It is located in Admin drop down menu which is on top right corner of your workspace)
  2. Click “Manage Categories” from “Settings” drop down menu located on top left corner of page
  3. Click “New Category” button located on the top right corner of the page
  4. Enter Category Name
  5. To assign a color code to Category, click on white box located on the left of the category name text box
  6. Click “Save” link next to category name text box

To Edit a Site Category

  1. Go to Sites Management (It is located in Admin drop down menu which is on top right corner of your workspace)
  2. Click “Manage Categories” from “Settings” drop down menu located on top left corner of page
  3. Click “Edit” link next to category name
  4. Enter Category Name
  5. To assign a color code to Category, click on white box located on the left of the category name text box
  6. Click “Save” link next to category name text box

Deleting a Site Category

  1. Go to Sites Management (It is located in Admin drop down menu which is on top right corner of your workspace)
  2. Click “Manage Categories” from “Settings” drop down menu located on top left corner of page
  3. Click “Delete” link next to category name
  4. Click “Confirm” button in the confirmation box to delete site category

Re-ordering Site Categories

  1. Go to Sites Management (It is located in Admin drop down menu which is on top right corner of your workspace)
  2. Click “Manage Categories” from “Settings” drop down menu located on top left corner of page
  3. Click “Re-Order” button located on the top right corner of the page
  4. Hold and drag the gripper iconto rearrange the categories
  5. Click “Save” button located on the top right corner of the page to save the new order
