Managing Sites

Creating a New Site

There are two way to create a site:

To Create a Blank Site:

  1. Click “New Site” button on Main Dashboard
  2. Enter Site Details.
  3. Click “Add Site” button

To Create a Site from Template:

  1. Click “Templates” under “New Site” button on Main Dashboard
  2. Click on Template to create a site

Editing a Site

  1. Go to Sites Management (It is located in Admin drop down menu which is on top right corner of your workspace)
  2. Go to “All Sites” view
  3. Open Site Details by clicking on Site Name in “SITE NAME” column.
  4. Click “Edit” button
  5. Make necessary modifications
  6. Click “Submit” button to save the changes

Making a Site Active

  1. Go to Sites Management (It is located in Admin drop down menu which is on top right corner of your workspace)
  2. Go to “All Sites” view
  3. Open Site Details by clicking on Site Name in “SITE NAME” column.
  4. Click on “Activate Site” button located on right side panel

Archiving a Site

  1. Go to Sites Management (It is located in Admin drop down menu which is on top right corner of your workspace)
  2. Go to “All Sites” view
  3. Open Site Details by clicking on Site Name in “SITE NAME” column.
  4. Click on “Archive Site” button located on right side panel

Deleting a Site

  1. Go to Sites Management (It is located in Admin drop down menu which is on top right corner of your workspace)
  2. Go to “Archived Sites” view
  3. Click on Delete icon in the row where the site to be deleted is located
  4. On the subsequent page, click “Yes” button to delete the site

Exporting Site as Template

  1. Go To Site Admin (It is located on bottom part of Site menu or on the top left corner of the Site)
  2. Click on “Export Template” on the left hand menu
  3. Enter new Template Name and Summary
  4. Select What to Export including team, content and access permission as required
  5. Click “Export” button to Export the template
  6. The exported template will be available in System Admin > Local Catalog > Custom Solutions

Site Quota Settings

By default each site is allocated 3072MB (3GB) of storage space. Site Managers can increase this storage space. Steps for this are as follows:

  1. Go To Site Admin (It is located on bottom part of Site menu or on the top left corner of the Site)
  2. Click “Site Quota Settings” from “Settings” drop down menu located on top left corner of page
  3. Click on “Site Quota Settings” on the left hand menu
  4. Enter new Available Storage
  5. Click “Submit” button
