Adding a new Email Template

  1. Select a Site
  2. Click App Name on site menu
  3. Click “Settings” button located on top right corner page
  4. Click “Notification Settings” link in left hand menu
  5. Click “New Notification” button located on top right corner of page
  6. Following is the details of each field:
    1. Title
    2. From: From address to be used in the notification
    3. To
    4. CC
    5. Email Subject: Subject line of the notification
    6. Live Updates Subject: Subject line to be used in Recent Updates
    7. Notify When: Select the event for which the the email notification will be used
    8. Status: Determines whether the email notification is active/inactive
    9. Body: Email body
  7. You can insert following macros Body, Subject, and Live Updates Subject. Note that macros should be surrounded by curly brackets. The macros will be replaced with appropriate values by system at run time.
