User Privileges

  1. Goto “Address Book” by clicking “Address Book” on top menu or by clicking “Address Book” top right “Admin” menu
  2. Click on row which contains the user to open User details
  3. Click “User Privileges” button located on right side panel
  4. Select User Privileges by selecting any of the following user privileges
    1. Standard User Rights: This is default setting for each user
    2. Users Management: This will enable user to have full Address Book access
    3. Sites Management: This will enable to have full Sites Management access which includes creating and removing Sites
    4. System Administrator: Full system access. It includes rights i to iii
  5. Click “Apply” button
